Complain

I called in at the vehicle finance department last week monday to request a copy of my contract for my vehicle finance, and also a letter of amendment after I was granted the 3 month covid relief payment break last year. I spoke to Elizabeth ref number ***2, who later transferred me to Saidi ***. I still don't have the copy of the original contract as well as the amended letter.
