Complain Absa Trust

My uncle was involved RAF paid into Absa Trust which is managed by Sibongakonke Cakata ,the instruction given was that whatever he wants he must communicate with her , so he wanted to renovate and also felt his monthly allowance is not enough which she communicated with Siyabonga who sent someone to evaluate which was mid last year , there has been no further communication from both the evaluator and Siyabonga , everytime we call her for follow up she is rude and hangs up her phone, to a point that lately she doesn't pick up our calls...
