Complain about home loan

I realized there is a loan of R130 000 that was made in our name that I do not know about. I have been communicating with Sam Shabangu about the matter. According to his investigation he could not get anything suspicious and said it shows we did take the loan. We do not know anything about the loan, we do not have the contract and Absa also say they do not have it.
