Complain about Customer service in Sandton

Afternoon I am here to complain about the poor poor service that I experience today at your sandton branch in the hands of a lady Tshepo Babili and a guy Joseph Lekalakala for only asking for a STAMP for my kids school to apply for exemption I was number 104 to go to customer service than when I was finally called after sitting for 15 minutes Tshepo refuse to put the stamp on the form that I have from school and I don't think if I was white they would have done that othe banks have put the stamp I had my ID 🪪 with me but they just went to say the form was without my name I told them it can't have my name since I am about to apply but they refused and rude and said they will not help me put their stamp on my form
