Complain about absa bank
I received a call from absa telling me that I don't qualify for absa credit life insurance policy that I'm paying for and I asked them to send me a copy of of policy documents, they said they will send it shortly, it's day 3 today all I was waiting "shortly" bare in mind this is the sixth months since I wrote my application to them I haven't received any satisfactory answers.
