Complain

I am very sad,with Absa bank.I want to know what happened to my R40 000 I have deposited to reduce my monthly stallment.

When I request about it, they said it paid for covid times and other one said it paid insurance,while they were still debuting monthly installment,that included insurance.

Please help me to understand what happened to my money. Thanks62
