Complain

<p>I am client of absa private bank, I app**** for a home loan and got an approval. My understanding was my loan was that of a building, I recently received a notice that I liable for an insurance premium.</p> <p>there is however a problem, that is a house is not complete and the bond money for absa has not been touched. So enquired from the Absa insurance dept what the premium was for but no one tells me the correct story.</p> <p>as of 1 November 2016, I got charged R1268 from my cheque account ( ********** 911)and R18000 plus interest from the bond account( ********** 025)</p> <p>I got told that Absa needed proof of insurance from the developer which was provided in order for me to get a refund. It's been two weeks nothing has been done up to now.</p> <p>i have investments with absa totaling R5m invested in shares and savings, I bank wi the Absa also and my monthly salary goes to my account every month.</p> <p>i want my money back and I also want to close all my account with the discriminating institution and gladly go back to Investec bank where I was before.</p> <p>the service overall I get from Absa is sub-standard everytime...... I have tolerated this for a long time I feel it's time I part ways with Absa.</p> <p>i want my money back plus interest and I want to serve ties with Absa, if this can be done as soon as possible I will peace of mind.</p>
