Complain

<p>Morning! We are small business, the name is TOA'S Catering and Laundry Services and Account number is 92 7 ********** on the 17/10/2016 we went to Absa branch odendaalsrus to update our status(FICA), the consultant indicated that everything is in order, He then said we can come and withdraw the money on the 12 October 2016 the account will be active even now we are still waiting, excuse after excuse, even yesterday (02/12/2016) we were there he asid the system has not yet updated, how long does it take to upadate the FICA? we are suffuring as a small business we need to pay our debts but our account is not active or maybe our service is not needed any longer to Absa Branch?</p>
