Complain

Good day everyone...I would like to share my bad experience with you all about absa, I am a Congolese citizen, I do use refugee permit 4years and I've been using absa for 2years now, so my permit got expired last year 25 July and then I managed to get the new permit 5 November last year, so since I've to absa branch to update my permit expiring day but upto now the greenstone branch where just giving stories either the system wasn't working or something wrong from the head office...so I went there today again to my surprise their telling if the update it that means I'll have to updating every after 60days I don't understand because I've got 4years valid permit until November 25 so how can I be updating every 60days, this takes so much money for account and then whenever I've issue with the account it's become a mission to fix , now their frustrating me to update my new permit... I'm devastated 💔 😞 😢 😪 please I need help, is it a crime been a foreigner in this country 😢
