Complain

Hi, my name is Fortunate Nyembe cellphone number *** I have a hospital plan with Absa my policy number is ***. I was admitted in hospital in April 2021 and was discharged on 05 May 2021. I then informed Absa after my hospitalization. They gave me forms which I filled, I sent all necessary documents that they asked for including hospital file, doctor's medical history but they are delaying to pay until now. I always phone them and they keep on telling me that they are reviewing my application. I'm so disappointed on them
