Complain

I went to Absa Bloed mall in June the consultant advised me of a new cheque account and she did not close old account which then caused charges I then called her to check the balance and she then give me the charges amount and when I go pay those charges they told me about the other charges of which is not my fault they should have close my old account as it was still early beginning of the month. I went there to complain but could not find help even from the managers consultant. Consultant even told she will switch my debit orders but she didn't do, two of my debits. Pls assist as I have to pay the charges which I didn't know about and which is their consultant fault.
