Complain

My friends sent me money via ATM cardless, however I tried to withdrew the cash in town. It kept on stating " transaction not allowed 55 ", why is showing this error ?. I tried calling the call center however i was put on hold for more than 20 minutes. Kindly assist with query as I had to borrow money to go back home, cause the was no Absa branch where I was.
