Complain

I lost my mom in May last year she had a Will with Absa. I produced all documents needed and was told to wait for an SMS confirming that they received a letter of execution from the master of court. On 15 August last year I receive and SMS saying they receive a letter from the master of high court. When I called to do a follow up I was told to contact Snyman Dijager for they are the ones processing the houses. I had to be the one calling doing all follow ups now dealing with Snyman Dejager wheres I was told I will be dealing with Absa please help I need to report all these people Snyman Dejager and Absa as they heaven been so quite and holding title deeds to my home.
