Complain

Walked in at Absa, lakeside mall branch on the 25th of August 2023. What a non friendly bank experience! Accompanied my brother who opened a bank account there) and Mr Mtsweni (the front desk guy who helps clients) told me to stand outside, 20 feet away from the bank as I'm not an absa client. But how do they say such as they don't know whether in future I would like to open the account or recommend it to future clients. I'm very disappointed.
