Competent and helpful complaints department

ABSA itself - not so great. HOWEVER, the complaints section has a gentleman by the name of Pravesh who is highly competent and helpful. After phoning around most of the morning and being sent from pillar to post, Pravesh was able to solve my query and give me all the information I needed beyond that. Extremely grateful for all his assistance. Absa can be proud to have such employees.
