Company not skilled to help small business owners :-(

ABSA Homeloans is clueless when it comes to understanding a small business owners income. I app**** for a new home in our family trust name, ABSA asked for prior years ITA34, which in both me an my wife would be for 2021 as 2022 (being provisional tax payers) we have not yet submitted, and don't have to until end Jan 2023. They said without this they can't consider my application although all the required income verification from accountants, into bank statements has been clearly layed out. Are we at a point where financials can't be assessed to understand income with supported documentation. Really disappointed in the level of skilled showed by ABSA
