Communocation at absa is 0
Horrible, my partner has a absa acc, you changed payment options, only you would know why and never informed me about my pay shap that needed to go through or that I needed to set it up.
Now I'm with fnb right? But fnb never told me that I needed to set it up either and a huge amount is left in the ether ... we have to call absa to get an email that is not on the INTERNET ! How do you guys do business , fnb and absa ? My question to you is will you listen when you've lost all clientelle or will u own up and set this right?
