Commissioner of Oaths

<p>I went to Absa Wilkoppies in Klersdorp today to certified my ID and driver licence, it was told to me that they do not certified documentation. They only certified documentation for there own use. </p> <p>SINCE WHEN IS ABSA BANK NOT A COMMISSIONER OF OATHS TO THE COMMUNITY ANYMORE.</p> <p>I AM FURIOUS AND DISGUSTED WITH ABSA WILKOPPIES KLERKSDORP SERVICES.</p>
