Combi card has prohibitive holds| Branch, *****, Credit card and Internet Banking divisions couldn't assist.

I have been having this issue since December last year, app**** for a credit card and got approved. Haven't been able to link my card on my mobile application. Constantly get error; combi card has prohibitive holds. I have to make a payment on my credit card and cannot, I went to my nearest branch yesterday called multiple divisions in the company and got no help whatsoever.
