Collections disaster

I have an personal loans account with ABSA, i understand that currently acc is in arrears as i accepted to take up the debt review which i didnt know how it worked, and my acc fell behind. I then cancelled the debt review, my accounts where then handed over. I have tried to clear a few to which i am only left with 2 accounts which i need to settle, one of them being absa. I have been provided with the contact details of Kabelo by the lawyers who had my accounts, several time when i tried to contact him, which is a mission to get hold of him. he told me on 5 oct 2015, that my acc is not with him and referred me to: ditiro seitshiro who kabelo told me he will call me back after 15min, it has been over 2 days now heading to day 3. no call, all i requested was for my statement, they told me it cannot be issued, i requested for my itc to be updated to show that i pay my account, they refused, i have to call in if i want to know how much i still owe, they refuse to provide with an email address but call centre number. where is the service in all that?i need my statement as a client, i am a paying client.
