Collection of debt card

Our company debit card expired in Jan. No one from ABSA contacted us to inform us that the card expired. I had to contact the call center to order a new card. I asked the lady that I spoke to, can they deliver the card and she said to me no, I will have to go to the branch to collect the card. I requested for them to deliver the card to Key West. Saturday when I got there, I stood an hour and a half in a queue, to get helped by a customer service clerk. When eventually I got to a clerk, she mentioned to me that the card could have been courier to me, then she told me I can't collect the card as my ID is still on my ****en surname and the system is on my married surname. I presented the lady with my original marriage certificate but according to her, she couldn't help me. Now my question is, a couple of years back I managed to get the card with just my ID and my marriage certificate no problem, and with my personal bank which is not ABSA I can use my ID and Marriage certificate no problem, why is this now a problem? Since I can’t collect the card and my manager (which stays in Alberton) WILL NOT go the KeyWest to collect the card, how does ABSA suggest I get the corporate card, I need the card to draw money for our company which I can’t do since I don’t have a card.
