Collect debit order after vehicle settled.

HP Koen ID ***. My ABSA vehicle finance was settled on the 22nd of January by Hollard insurance after vehicle was written off in an accident. I received a SMS notification today that the next debit order will be collected on the 23rd of February. Why is the account not closed? Hollard paid the settlement amount you provided on the 22nd of January. Please close the account and confirm as such.

And as was expected no response from ABSA. Not a phone all, not an email, nothing. So in essence they say "***** you".
