i am very disappointed in absa homeowners insurance they claim to be a helping hand when you log a claim with them they always have the same excuse claim rejected because of maintenace we are with absa insurance +_20 years

i log a claim a few years ago for a leaking roof they rejected no maintenace (we should have take of the roof tiles of and replace the plastic)

second claim sliding door windows we were lucky they paid for the window

third claim another another sliding door we are lucky they paid

fourth claim a boundary that collapsed during a rain and hail storm theu rejected it because of maintenace, cleaning,servicing and deterioration i came to the conclusion that absa insurance only pay for broken windows and the rest they blame on maintenace this is the HELPING HAND ABSA GIVE YOU IS SORRY FOR YOUR LOSS YOU PAY US FOR NOTHING
