clueless staff

Enquired about passport renewal via facebook and email. Response I received from your facebook page states that I go whenever I am ready and no appointment is necessary. Response I got via email from Faith Mavuso said that I need to make an appointment, even though that option is not available on the ehome affairs website. Form has been submitted online but now I have no clue what to do. I am getting no replies to my follow up questions on facebook. Seems your staff do not know the correct procedure.
