CLOSURE OF ACCOUNT - ABSA FLEXI SAVE - ***

I have made an enquiry on the 29th of Jan 2026 to *** regarding the closure of my sister's ABSA Savings account. Received a reply with a case number C-***, then receive an email from Veronica Bonnanye from ABSA's Home Loans: Email Services (not sure why the email got to the Home loan section. She rep**** to the email for her colleague to assist in the matter, emailed ABSA again on the 2nd. 5th & 9th of Feb 2026 and still no reply from them. Is this the service ABSA provide just to ignore a query, thought a case number has been assigned.
