Closing off cheque account
I have been attempting to close off my absa cheque account for the past two months. I was informed that I should send a e-mail and I have received a response a month later with the account number all wrong. I informed the bank that the error in the account number and I still haven't received any response. Why is it so difficult to close off an account.
