Closing of account
Closure of account: E-mail to close account, told to go to branch 17/04 Branch send an e-mail, still can't close account - There is funds in the account I don't owe money Someone will phone me..... week later and no response. And I answer my phone... So why can't ABSA close an account if you go to the branch?
