Closing of account

At Absa, we are committed to giving you exceptional service. This is a big laugh, I have been trying to close my account for exactly 2 months now. Went into the branch the first time, phone call centre the 2nd time and 2 e-mails to absa@absa. Only answer is to give reference number and promise to get back to me. Shocking Service Absa and now I know why I left them
