Closing of account

<p>To whom it may concern</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been trying to close my ABSA bank account for the last 2 weeks. Why, you wonder.... because ABSA is not a Bank that can serve me. Every time I need to go to the Bank, they are closed. You want us to invest, for us to invest in your Bank, we need to work. When I am done with work, your staff close the door in my face and say...sorry, we close at 3:30!!!!! 3:30!!!!! How is anyone able to get to the bank. Which business works until 3:30? Please have someone contact me to close my account. I don’t want to hear that only the Branch can close my account. Make a plan. I also want the remaining funds in my account delivered to me.</p> <p> </p>
