Closing of account.

<p>Beware, never open an account with ABSA! After nearly 20 years of banking with them. I have not been able to close my accounts. Despite telling them that I am abroad, I have been told to go to a ABSA branch to do so. HELLOOOO?? Anybody with 2 brain cells working at ABSA? Or: give somebody in SA a power of attorney to act on my behalf. HELLOOOO? Why would I trust anybody else with my banking affairs? Goodbye ABSA, carry on debiting bank charges for the next 30 years if you so wish: I am not coming back to SA to ever pay them. What a bunch of useless idiots</p>
