Closing Account
<p>I have been trying to close my credit card account with ABSA since Saturday and they are making it impossible for me. I had sent the outstanding balance but then there was interest from the previous month charged which was R12. They keep giving me invalid bank account numbers to transfer the outstanding amount into! And ontop of this, they are charging me 15% interest PER DAY!!! SHOCKING! Ive made several calls and have been into the branch and it seems the only way to get this resolved is to go into the branch and get charged extra for the cash deposit!!</p>
