Closed ***** Case, But My *** Account Remains Blocked

Been trying to get a hold of one of the investigators, Happy Dlala, because she was in charge of my last ***** case which is now closed. That case lead to the hold of my *** account and all I need is for the investigator to confirm to *** that the case is closed so that the hold can be uplifted. But all the consultants are telling me the investigator is on leave and only returing on the 13th and that it's practically impossible to just get the investigator to confirm with *** that the case closed while she's on leave. So now I'm stuck with a blocked account.
