Closed all accounts, just to receive a notification BAL on my credit card

Yesterday I went to close all of my accounts with ABSA. I walked out of there being told all of my accounts are closed. I checked my online banking to confirm this was true, and so it was.

Then this morning comes, and I receive a notification from ABSA regarding a balance on my credit card.

Please, ABSA, I no longer have accounts with you, I do not want this spam.
