Closed accounts 2 years ago!

More than 2 years ago I closed all my accounts at Absa. Because of their terrible service. Since then, Ive still been getting statements monthly telling me that I have R4 outsztanding!! Im still getting SMS's constantly telling me to deposit money into my accounts as they are inactive...NOT CLOSED!. To close your account you have to physically go to the branch and then argue with them constantly. This is by far the poorest bank when it comes to services.<br> <br> Ive read the T& C with this complaint and to log this complaint I have to indicate im a ABSA client. IM NOT...THAT IS THE POINT!!!
