Closed account handed over

<p>I went to Absa Menlyn more than a year ago to close my cheque account. Spoke to a consultant and gave over all my relevant documentation.</p> <p>Today I get a call that it has been handed over. Please explain to me how that is even possible.</p> <p>Without a call from absa or any activity in that account (my salary hasn't been paid into that account for more than a year)the CLOSED ACCOUNT has been handed over?</p> <p>Please correct this.</p>
