I am being hounded by MBD for a debt that does not exist on my credit profile. I had a judgement for an ABSA loan that was paid up and removed off ITC in 2014. Now MBD is trying to use the same case number/Judgement to claim money from me. I contacted ABSA Actionline to try and get this sorted out as i have no knowledge of this debt. I got a response from Jabulisile Xulu stating that ABSA has sold a credit card debt to MBD on the 13th December 2013. Now i ran my credit reports at the end of 2010 and started paying off any debt that i had on there to get it clean. This debt did not exist then and was not showing on my credit report? I had the ABSA judgement and a Virgin Credit card which has all been paid in full and removed. I can only think that ABSA has sold prescribed debt or paid up debt.<br> <br> My complaint reference is ***. I would like this sorted and and closed Once and for all. I just want MBD off my case
