CLOSE PRIVATE BANKING CREDIT CARD

To whom it may concern,

I was a private banker with ABSA. I had a Private Clients Cheque Account and I currently still have a Private Clients Credit Card.

I cancelled my private banking with ABSA last month due to the terrible service I have been receiving from ABSA.

My problem now is after many attempts to freeze and close my credit card I see it is still open!?

I want my credit card cancelled and closed immediately with immediate effect otherwise you will lose a good client with ABSA.
