Close my account.

Kindly close my bank account, I went to ABSA Trade Route in February for assistance on my 32-day account and to close my saving account. Was advised that the retention team call, which they did and advised on the amount due to close the account and was paid as per details they gave me. Took my daughter to a different branch today and asked them to check on my account BANG it still shows dormant and never was closed, and addition R200 is now due as well to close. IM SORRY but i really cannot pay if the records is there and was not actioned.
