Close my account

I do not want an account with you, i would like you to close my account and i will come and make payments of the balance for my cheque account.i am saying close it in a sense where i will no longer be billed for R98 for monthly fee and your other hidden charges.the internet services to be cancelled, debit orders to be removed, yourll are total *******s, took the cheque account thinking i will be only paying r98 a month, now i get bills for almost R1000 just for ****en bank charges, mxm, urll are ****en *******s, you were my very first bank i banked with from the time i came out of school and now this ******* service

When is that? When more reversals go off on my account and my account is sky high, then you will get back to me, R150 on a reversal, mxm ****en *******s, will wait and see when you will call me back

Good day, Why is my account with you still going up every month? When i last spoke to the Branch Manager she assured me that the account will be on hold and i will not get charged interest on the account. To my knowlegde i was told on email that As per our telephonic conversation, a "Stop Hold" has been placed on your cheque account. The current balance in the account is -R2710.90. So why is it now that i am now owing R2950.32... i initially agreed to pay R2710.90 nothing more, which i was going to pay it over some months, because clearly i do not have that money to pay off in 1 month, and now i refuse to pay the previous charges that brought my bill so high, firstly a ****en reversal i was charged R150 for, not once more than once, a reversal is normally R50, ****en R150 a *******, i am now taking this further
