Close my account

Ive been in Absa Heidelberg 4 times now to close my account. After they have deducted a total of R2500 for charges on my account. Still they cant assist me and this account was up to date. Now charges of R140 has been added again on my account. I need this charges cleared and i need this account closed immediatly. Absa has got the worst customer service. Also had to wait for the teller to assist me as she was on lunch. Om working and im not returning for the 5th time. I need the R140 removed and i need this account closed. Working in retail myself i must say Absa has got the worst sevice ive ever seen
