Clone vehicle :Absa account number ***4.

On 2019 July 09 I wrote to you so that you may intervene regarding my clone vehicle that I bought through Absa vehicle and assets finance in 2016.I am still have not got help from absa. Absa since is the title holder should re instate ownership. The vehicle was cloned in April 2019 and I am unable to get license disc since then I am very frustrated as a result. In your experience how long does it take to reinstate ownership? Pls I request for your intervention
