Clock watchers (Vryburg ABSA 4bank)

i haven't even started using ABSA services but i already foresee problems in this branches, 2 weeks back i app**** for a business card and was told the card will arrive with 7 days a week passes no feedback today 28/05/2018 i decided to visit the branch but unfortunately the queues were long and did not want to stand not knowing if the card is there or not. at about 15:20 i call and speak to Liezel who confirmed the card was there according to me clients receive collection message which i did not. i rushed to the branch and got there 15:32 then declined access to go in despite seeing other clients transaction and terminals still on called Liezel who told me she is the only one to issue the card and cannot assist as they close this clearly means going home is more important than helping clients and if this is how ABSA run their business will rather take my business elsewhere.
