Clients who being treated like non-factors

Now I understand why most people are closing their accounts and why Absa has so much bad reviews, today i was in CradlestoneMall my word such disrespect and being treated like a piece of trash. My husband and i were waiting to be assisted for like 10 minutes and the branch manager Estelle Engelbrecht ignored us untill a white couple was there she attend them, and worse even when i told her we were there first she gave me a disgusted look and told "what do i want, shes now asking me" i mean in 2020 Absa has such employees? This woman works with black people there i wonder how does she treat them? With no care or apologizing she carried on like im an non-factor. I want a written apology from her signed and posted to me my contact number is *** and i want her to call me as well to tell when am i getting that letter. We can't be having such behavior in 2020 more especially from a big bank like Absa.
