Client services always a problem

<p>was called in by an absa collections consultant to offer discount on my loan balance. I was called every day about this offer until i paid it fully. Now its been almost a month following up on a confirmation letter approving that my account is closed. The consultant Thabang Tsele always tels me he is busy or he will get back to me once he has feedback , i mean you have been chasing me and now that you got what you wanted yo are no where to be found. What is the use of your call centres if your consultants are never available , i am not experiencing this for the first time. That is why i left you guys - you dont take your customers seriuosly , your consultants arrogance on phones is really disgusting . I just want my confirmation and i am done .
