Since my very 1st contact via a telephone conversation with Shawn, I was really taken aback. Client Service over the telephone was Brilliant. My first direct confrontation with Shawn in the bank instantly left me with awesome thoughts similar to myself in my times of my working career, whereby Shawn was absolutely Customer Care Service driven with politeness, efficiency and prompt handling of his client reflecting that of him coming from humble beginnings. Shawn's interaction with his clients was focused and I must admit Shawn truly and sincerely deserves an appointment as a Bank Manager within a short space of time from hereof. I take my hat-off for a Gentleman in his tender age being given the tasks he handles with such great accountablity&with such tremendous positive, good vibrations.
