Client of 42 yrs treated with disrespect, Im leaving

I wrote an email to Stbosch branch manager CvR on 17 october, still no reply or acknowlm of email. I visited branch on 26/10 , asked to speak to her, she was not available, I left my business card with request for call-back...but still no respons!! Im trying to close my account due to poor service and this confirms it. Plse give me contact details for W-Cape manager.
