Client getting refunded after a month,where ABSA wrongly debited money and giving the most pathetic service

So my old car got settled by AutoPedigree and found a new one in their fleet of cars.All admin were handle and found out that a certain amount of money were debited from my account in June.I immediately queried it with them and after being sent back and forth by depaertments,was told that it will take 5-10 working to be refunded.Three weeks have past and decided to follow up,yet this time I was told that its at account dept and will be sorted in 3days,after 3 weeks.Contacted them the following week and now it was approved by finance and processed,BUT will take an additional 3days to clear.How do you jump and be so greedy to debit from someone's account,but when in the wrong,ALWAYS a helluva process for the person affected to get his/her money back.I will NEVER advise to be linked with this bank as they have the most pathetic service and never strive to satisfy clients.
