Client excellence exceeded

Wendal accomplished what no other person or bank could do. He processed and deliver the ABSA pebble to me with in 3 days ,enquiry, application, signatures and delivery. I called ABSA on 12 August with the request and on Friday 14 August received my device including setup and training at my location. I did not even enter the bank all was done electronically. He even came to collect my signatures at my office the same day of the application enquiry. It is unheard off and very much appreciated ! All other banks had a lead time of 7-14 days. His dedication , passion and client service has really changed my perception of ABSA. As I spread the word regarding the prompt reliable service he provided, nobody can believe that it is from ABSA. It does show that enthusiasm and passion from one person in a organization can make client services excellent and change perceptions of bad service and he does it !!!
