Client Complaint of Bad Client Service

Today I was at the branch with my mother in order get assistance for the APP, Syliva was very and said she will not assist me but only assist my mother. I was shocked and she insisted that she will not assist me at all. I asked her why she said I even report this to management she does not care. She first said that it will take an hour to assist with the APP when I asked why she cannot assist me as well she this is the kind of attitude I hate from clients as they think they are always right.
