Client complain.

Was at Absa Despatch to reversed money that was debit from my account from April until June from a unknown source. After my second visit they still dont want to give my money back. I DID NOT GIVE ANY ONE PERMISSION TO DEBIT MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT. They only give me R99 back from June. So There is still R529 outstanding. And all they can say sorry, we cannot give you your money. Im banking by you. Im a customer, im suppose to trust my bank, which i now dont. The telephone number that Absa Despatch gave me to phone dont even exist. It is now the second time something like this happend. I was also ****med out if R16400, and yet no answer from you people. According to me Absa is worthless to their clients. So if i cannot get the money back, im going to the papers and changed banks.
